Changing the lives of young people and driving the future workforce.

One Network. One Goal. Empowering Young People.

We’re a network of 15 organisations working across NSW to connect young people with hands-on experience, practical skills, and meaningful opportunities - building brighter futures together.

Our Network:

State strength. Local

The Youth Futures Network recognises that young people experience challenges when navigating their transition from school to the workplace. We also recognise that many industries experience challenges in sourcing talent for their future workforce. Our experienced member organisations provide localised services for young people, regardless of where they live in NSW. Our demonstrated track record in connecting and developing collaborative partnerships with Industry, Education, Community and Government underpins our mission; to improve career opportunities and employment experiences for all young people in NSW.
